Disgusted.
This company shut down my site several times in the space of a few weeks, then told me to upgrade if I wanted the problem fixed.
I upgraded and one week later they shut down the site again.
I have now moved all my sites and domains over to another hosting company and will never return to these monkeys.
If you value your web site, stay away from these people....

Kept shutting my site down because there software got hacked.. not only the one site but all 20 of mine and my customers site. My customers are furious!!!
Customer support is good.. however it needs to be to sort out problems they cause...
I had the top package paid in advance for 2 years... They WILL NOT refund any money... Stay well clear......

IXWEBHOSTING.COM had been hacked on Saturday September 29 2007. Since this date we are waiting for they make backups of our websites. You can look at the result and you can understand if IXWEBHOSTING.COM is a good web hosting or not! www.royalthaikingdom.com , www.flashselling.com , www.pwyw.com , www.chinainfos.com , www.thailand.tk , .... and much more !!!

If you want your website to be 'up' the majority of the time, then this is not the host for you. I experienced about 75% uptime over the 3 months I hosted with them. Customer service is terrible and so are the managers. ...

Horrible! Only there since June 13th, ( it's aug 7th now)Downtime total over 50 hrs. 1 Tech took site completly down wiped out all setting including certificate, waited 2 days for cert to be reissued. multiple 302 looping errors due to bad programming on redirect in hsphere was told fix would be out on next upgrade.. which is when? Layered framework3.5 added over top of 2.0 and placed a to config sys which shows machine coding allowing 3.5 and wont tell you where to enter your apps settings in config file but if you'd like you can pay to have it done. why should I,they are selling framework thats layed over top of another and not hard coded and wanting you to edit machine code.. do what??. ASked why site wasnt being secured when you have a certifiacte. comment was and I quote. " sorry we are working on that the certificate department is rather new" Umm go to the iis and make the site secure, thats what a certificate is for. Takes all of 2 seconds.
