: I have had small problems for the last 3 years with ipower. Most of them resolved within a few hours. Sunday May 6th, 2007 they tried to bring a new server on line and I haven't had service since. I have called support repeatedly and have waited for up to an hour only to have support confirm that my acount is on a new server and they are telling everyone that it will be resolved within 24hours. This is the third day and no resolution in sight. I'm throught with them and so should everyone else that is held in hostage by their cavilier attitude toward customers. As much technology that is in place and server experience, one would think that if the new one didn't come on line they would revert to the one that functioned until they sorted out the problem. Mucho Frustrated!!!!...

Contacting them gives migraines. Getting your money back is another issue, usually they keep 10%... I have stopped using them as a hosting provider. ...
