: At first, I ignored all the bad comments and reveiws about WebFusion, and decided to purchase a VPS from them. Possibly one of my worst mistakes ever! The VPS arrived broken, missing items that were advertised, and the support team were almost impossible to get hold of. They took over 2 weeks to reply to one of my emails, and the reply was very simple, which didn't answer my question. Please, if you don't want to waste your money, DO NOT purchase from WebFusion....

: They are very very poor. They expect you to pay for the phonecall to helpdesk (I would not need to call if the service I pay them £18/month for worked .. ), keep you waiting for ages and are worse than useless when you finally get through. "Could care less" attitude abounds in the Front line support who seem both educationally challenged and untrained. They have difficulty understanding even the simplest of concepts and 9 times out of 10 have to refer to second line support. Even then they mostly return with responses which make it clear they have not understood the problem. Today I needed a manual reset and reinstall of Frontpage extensions which had become corrupted and could not be done through the control panel. Called 10 am, waited ages. Despite telling him the history I was asked to reset though control panel and reiterated that I had already done this twice. The response was please to do it again! I did it, surprise surprise it did not work, and called back 11 am. "We are moving...

: Don't just take my word for how appalling WebFusion's technical support are. Read it for yourself. I've put the entire two months of ineptitude on my website at www.niftyprograms.com Look out for the bit where I have to tell the support guy to allow IE to display popups to view the output of software that he's supposed to be supporting. HostingComments, we should be allowed to award zero out of five. I object to giving WebFusion a point they don't deserve....

: A complete disaster....steer clear. Their suppprt is a nightmare too. 10p a minute but you can end up hanging for 30 minutes before someone answers...yes they'll tell you. I needed to migrate my domain to another provider, get the nameservers changed. I requested this, they notified me that the site was ready to move, gave no authorisation code, then deleted my website the next day. Still trying after a week to get in contact with someone who knows something and have also passed it on to my solicitor to investigate. Be aware of this company....same as 123, host europe and pipex....their all the same and as far as I am concerned useless. I was with magic moments originally and they were bought over by host europe. Once that happened things went downhill rapidly, from excellent support to sub standard. Spend you money elsewhere....
