Comments : I just wanted to share our own very positive experiences since moving to UK Fast! We've been hugely impressed with the speed increases our company has certainly been able to attain, across the board. Using a 3rd party monitoring service I get continual feedback on the response times for all my websites and since I moved over to UK Fast my sites are loading approximately twice as quickly and by following useful tips from the push to attain Google Love, such as cache-control, that's increased even further. Our primary site at the moment is www.laughsend.net, which is a funny horoscopes website and an aggregator site for spoof and satire articles across the web. Prior to moving to UK Fast in October, we were regularly achieving visitor levels of about 5,000 per month. Having changed very little to the site in the mean-time, excepting moving to UKFast and implementing a few Google Love tips, for February we're now looking at achieving 25,000 visitors! Comments : I have hosted with ukfast for a number of years, and I have dealt with Lawrence Jones personally on a number of occasions, so I am well placed to comment and review ukfast. In the last 8 to 9 years I have been on their network they have never let me down. When I have had issues or needed help they are as fast with their support response times as they are with their network. I have to doubt the validity of some of these reviews. It sounds more like fasthosts, not ukfast. ...

I've been with UK Fast for over a year. The server uptime has been fine and reliable. My site was recently rebuilt by a web design company who had their own UK Fast server account so the site has now been moved over to them which means i have no use for my server. I've been with them fore over the 12 month contract period and i've just called them to say that my domain is now with another of their servers so i would like to cancel mine. They now tell me that there is a 3 month cancellation period and that i will be charged a lost of £700 for this. I asked how they could justify this and they said that it to do with admin costs of closing my server. Now unless they are paying their admin staff around £2000 per hour this just doesn't add up at all. Surely to turn a server off is just one button and a little bit of it work (maybe 30 mins). Then all the admin work would be a 2 minute email to tell me that my account is closed (which is probably automate...

Comments: 12 month contract, ended. They said I had to give 3 months notice but no where in the terms I signed did it state this. Though I was told I should have read the T&C's on the internet (that they can change whenever they wish and I would not know). Now 2 months after the 12 month terms end they are threatening debt recovery action. I asked for proof that I signed 3 months notice terms. No-one responded by the 12 month term date. DO NOT USE THESE MONKEYS AT ALL COST! THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE, USE A VIRTUAL PRIVATE PROVIDER AND MANAGE IT YOURSELF. UKFAST WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BUT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEN....

Comments: All I can say is do not use these guys, I suffered multiple downtime and service loss, this included loss of my SQL database. Support was terrible!...
