The best hosting provider that I've tried so far. Performance is good, features are great, cpanel control utilities are awesome, uptime is great, so far my web sites never got down. Customer service is good if you contact them by email. Most of the issues I can found on their forum, so doesn't really need to call. Highly recommended...

I have been using Lunarpages for several years and have been happy with the service and tech support other than the long hold times. Recently one of their servers that hosts one of my accounts went down and has now been down 4 days. They are currently telling me it will be back up in 12 hours. I have 130 e-mail users unable to recieve e-mail for 5 days and Lunarpages is doing nothing to help me. Great service for the money if up time is not critical to you....
