I needed to transfer my site from another host to HostGator and was having some issues. Hostgator tech support actually stepped in and did the transfer and installation for me. It was great and a life saver....

I bought hosting 2 months ago. They have live customer support and cpanel is nice. I can recommend it. I live in Turkey and I can't ping sometimes. It's normal I think so......
