I have been very pleased with Godaddy. I have contacted their tech support a lot and I have always had positive experiences
It is very beginner friendly but not so good if you want cpanel...

Godaddy is Appalling!
The worst website ever with terrible customer service reps who take absolutely no responsibility for the company's ridiculous policies, overpriced service, and inability to fix problems on their own site. I have never encountered such absurd customer service. I run an event to raise money for a charity and my attendees are unable to donate because Godaddy's servers are of piss-poor quality. This company should be ashamed of itself
