I have been with Gate for what will be a year this November 2007. I have experienced only a few outtages lasting anywhere from 5 - 10 minutes at the longest. I have never tried an email support venue with them; only using the phone. My wait times were anywhere from 2 - 27 minutes waiting. Extended waiting is not unique to anyone that I know of. It just tells me that someone is needing help besides myself. I use the vps hosting and would recommend them to anyone....

I have spent many hours on the phone, with long hold times, trying to get my domain email to be reliably forwarded to my ISP. Tech support team has opened and closed two separate incidents but the problem is still not solved. Forwarding email is not rocket science.
I do not recommend gate.com....
