Hello All ,
I have been hosted on eukhost from more than 1 year now . Their support is great . I hardly had to put few tickets during my hosting period on eukhost . Most of the issues get solved either on online chat or call . Not much never ending mails . I give them All the Best for their Future :)

Best Service and support i had ever seen. I would award them as a best hosting company on the internet.
nothing much to say as I've never needed anything else from them to boost my web designing business. uptime and 24x7 instant support is what has impressed my customers and such association definitely helps a webmaster with business growth.

One of the best hosters I have seen. I particularly like their Live Chat. My website has not gone down yet and their pricings are brilliant. I have 2 websites with them and, anyone reading this, to go with them now....

The support, as advertised, is awesome. Live chat any hour of the day or night, never been at a loss. They are willing to help even the most clueless and will do it for you if they can. If you're in any doubt, go and try the live chat right now and ask what sort of deals they have. Prices are good enough, uptime so far so good. ...

I have been with EUKHost for a long time now. One or two minor issues but all resolved fairly promptly, thanks to a great support team.
Until 9 days ago.
Apparently the main node fell over that was serving our server. The support team reinstated backups from 2 days previous. I lost a lot of work but these things happen. The billing team sorted me out with some hosting costs and I was happy.
2 days later, I had spent a couple all-nighters getting the site I lost back up to scratch, and yet again the server fell over. Exactly the same problem. Unfortunately their most recent restore was a bit of a mess, it took days to get websites back up and up to a week to get the entire server functioning as was.
Lo and behold, it's fell over once again tonight. Their 24/7 support team seem to have gone offline, I've been holding now for well over an hour. Luckily I managed to diagnose and fix the problem myself this time, however, the root cause was disk space, of which I h...
