They have 100 people on line for sales, and only 1 person for technical support. I had to wait more than 12 hours every time to get a simple answer, and in 2 cases my vps was down and I had wait one day for some one replay me just one word. I think the response time should be made made fast to increase the quality of customer suport.

More downtime:
Over the past few months, there have been a number of outages.
It is 10/17/07 and both of my websites hosted on easycgi.com have been down for over four hours. Their home page is down also, which means users can not create a "trouble ticket".
I sent them an e-mail earlier in the evening, but have received no reply.
I tried calling the 866 number listed next to the review and got an operator saying "All of the circuits are busy. Please try again later."
Other downtimes include:
Aug 2007: overall slowness (may be due to too many databases on their servers, as another reviewer mentioned, but I'm unable to verify)
Aug 2007: complained to me that someone complained to them that my newsletter was spam, yet easycgi routinely lets 20-30 spam messages A DAY through their "filters".
July 2007: intermittent slowness and "problem loading pages" error.
July 10, 2007: site down for over 4 hours for an unknown reason
